Wasted Effort

I have not been running for two weeks now. I was down eith a flu for almost a week and I’m still suffering from colds today. Hopefully next week, I’ll get back to 100% of my health.

Those two weeks of absence is starting to show bad result in regards to my fitness. Though my weight is not increasing, I noticed that my waist measurement is growing. This could have been avoided if only I know of the best fat burning supplement which I could have taken when I was down with sickness. It would have compensate my lack of running. Batman Returns Without Joker

Another Batman sequel will be coming our way! Christopher Nolan recently gave hints on where the new installment will be next heading. Not much details are definite except for two: Christian Bale will still be the caped-crusader; Joker will not making a comeback.

In the last Batman film “The Dark Knight”, Heath Ledger made an outstanding performance of Joker which earned him an Academy Award posthumous. For Nolan, Heath is the definitive Joker and it wouldn’t feel appropriate to readdress the character.

The film is set to be released on July 20, 2012.
