A regular Filipino will almost certainly gain a few extra pounds on January thanks to attending several Christmas parties and New Year celebrations. This is usually the season where even those who carefully watch their diet becomes a little lax on the food their eating.
Come January, the most popular resolution is probably being more fit or losing weight. However, only a few people understands that a more healthy living does not only mean eating less but eating right. Yahoo! Health shares an important article on the top weight loss food for 2010.
It is not enough to simply take the most effective diet pills in the market. It should be coupled with eating the right diet and maintaining a more active lifestyle.
