Retreat To Live

After a long and tiring week, it is but normal to want to have some relaxation. It is a good exercise to relieve the mind and body of those unwanted stress. It is said that those suffering from physical stress do a mind relaxation like meditation, yoga, or tai chi. On the other hand, mental stress is best relieved by engaging in physical activities.

My ideal mental relaxation would probably involve an Outer Banks beach rentals day – lying on the sand and feeling the waters on your feet relaxes me. For a physical activity, swimming or jogging would probably do it.

Stress is unhealthy. It causes people to snap easily so do yourself a favor, the next time you feel your nearing your limit – retreat.
