Towing Eases the Toiling

It really is a big hassle whenever one experience a problem on their automobile especially during transit. You not only have to sweat things out to fix it but you might also get stranded in an unfamiliar place or totally miss an important appointment.

That is why it is important to keep a towing service company’s number in hand. Some car insurance even have this as a special add-on service so you might want to check yours and keep their number on your mobile phone. If you own a camper and it does not cover such vehicle, better research for an rv towing service that you can contact in case of emergencies. It never hurts to prepare.

Health Marathon

I am starting to develop a better lifestyle. I now engage in more physical activity by doing additional chores, I have decided to jog three times a week starting last Sunday, and I now sleep earlier than usual! All of these because I want to lose 6 kilos to meet my ideal body mass index. I know that this may be a little hard especially that the holiday season is fast approaching which usually means food, food, and more food; but I really want to see this through. I wouldn’t call it vanity. Wanting to have a healthier body is no vanity but a necessity that should be the goal of all people. So hopefully, I am saying goodbye to excess weight and dark circles come January. Wish me luck…

Bacteria Needs to be Eliminated

Adolescence encounters the pain of growing up. They are forced to conform to what is hip, being misunderstood by parents, seeking their own self worth, and of course – pimples. Others might think that pimple outbreak is a of little value compared to the other three I previously mentioned since it is only physical. However, though it is indeed only involves physical appearance, an outbreak may cost a child’s self esteem.

Also, pimples can mean that one has acne which is the most common skin disease especially to kids hitting puberty. This happens when the Propioni-bacterium acnes, a bacteria that normally lives on the skin, invades the plugged follicle of the skin. So do not consider it lightly. Take your child to a dermatologist and ask for for acne treatments.

Be Physically Active

I recently assessed my life and realized that I do not have any physical activity that can serve as effective fat burners. If intended ones can burn fats, surely I have already met my desired weight. I fear that I cannot lessen my food intake not because I’m a glutton but because I think that I am already consuming a reasonable amount. Probably my metabolism have just taken a slow pace so my only resort is to increase my physical activity. Something that I am not that fond of doing.

I am weighing my options: do more household chores, take the stairs instead of elevators/escalators, or to engage in sports. First thing’s first, I got to buy a wegihing scale so I can monitor my progress.

Christmas Is Near

Christmas is indeed near. You could in fact clean your air conditioner filters and give those unit a rest as the temperature seems to have dropped these past days. I often wake up at night in order to turn the fan off as it is already getting chilly.

So before you get caught off guard, better start saving money and checking your list twice for those Christmas presents. With the recent calamity our country have experienced, this season may be more frugal as compared to before. But who ever said that Christmas needs to be extravagant. Christmas is enjoying the company of your friends and family as you remember the greatest gift given to mankind – Jesus Christ.

May we all get a glimpse of the true reason for the season.

Sending Our Nurses Out

With the multitude of tertiary courses being offered today in the Philippines, you could really count with your fingers those courses which have in demand graduates. One of them is nursing.

There are professions that are highly needed locally but not globally or the other way around, but nurses are needed in both. Sadly, due to a high demand internationally, which of course offers much better pay, our local health department is suffering as nurses seeks greener pasture. International demands are in fact so high that some doctors chooses to enroll in a medical assistant training school in order to qualify for jobs abroad.

I could not blame these nurses and doctors. Though it is noble to serve one’s countrymen, we also have our family to sustain. After all, nursing is a profession. Nurses parents’ primarily sent them to school in order to help the family financially.
