Trimming Down My Rice Intake

I think I have to admit to myself the harsh reality that I am losing control of my weight. The final blow came from my mother. She told me that I should go on a diet.

I think I should start decreasing my rice intake. I am only eating two major meals a day but my slowing metabolism seems to be unable to cope up with what I am eating. I know that I have to add more physical activity to compensate this process but I really feel unsafe jogging in the streets. I got to find a safer neighborhood.

My short term plan is to monitor what I am eating and check the amount of calorie it has. also, I’ll lessen a little on rice and if you know of an herbal weight loss supplements, please don’t hesitate to inform me.
