Trick or Treat

Time flies. Just a few more months and the next thing you’ll know is that you are out there in the mall shopping for Halloween party invitations.

Time also changes. Halloween was never festive in the Philippines several years back. It is mostly spent going to the cemetery to light up candles and offer prayers for our loved ones who have passed away.

I do not want to be conservative and traditional. It is always good to accept that things are not exactly as they used to be… and live with it. I do hope however, amidst the partying on Halloween night, may we not forget to remember those people that once shared to us their love.
