As The Economy Sinks

Mom have long been planning to renovate the kitchen area. She wants to elevate the area to make it flood-proof on rainy seasons, add good ventilation and exhaust, replace the kitchen sinks, and tile the counters.

Unfortunately, materials are quite expensive these days and so my contractor friend advised us that if the renovation can wait, it is best to delay the project. So with all the economic crisis we are hearing all around the world, I guess it is practical and wise to heed his advise.
