Maintain A Safe Weight Loss Program

January is that time of the year when gym memberships sky rockets. It seems a lot of people resolves to be more physically fit at the start of the year. Sadly, only a few manages to see this goal through.

The best way to lose weight is to create what experts call “negative balance” – burn more calories than you consume. Create a healthy diet and increase your physical activity. Be careful however, not to shock your system by going into extremes. This will give undesirable results.

Experts suggests that the best way to synchronize your diet and cardio is to do one first. Follow first a diet if you prefer to lessen food intakes. If you cannot give up on food, add some cardio instead. Monitor first your progress on a single activity and as your weight loss slows down, you can then add cardio or go on a diet.

    it is a common resolution kapag new year. after kasi mag pig out sa mga handaan at bumigat ang timbang, the next logical action ay magpapayat naman. kaso ilan lang ang tumatagal.

    My weight loss was due to something unplanned. But whatever, I consider my loss a big gain. Losing unwanted weight takes a lot of load off your back (and feet,) literally. For my next move, I intend to make sure the pounds I lost will stay lost and better still, never to return at all. Happy keeping fit to all and Godbless.
