Lower Your Risk Of High Blood Pressure

Just recently, my aunt spent almost a whole week confined in the hospital for high blood pressure. Mom always say how inconvenient being confined is – instead of spending days trying to earn money, you end up spending it.
If you or a loved one is also suffering from high blood pressure, here are a few natural course of action to lower it down.
1. Quit smoking. do it gradually in the course of 4 to 6 weeks.
2. Consume seaweeds. They contain substances that dissolve the ‘fatty build-ups’ on the blood vessels, helping to create a steady heart beat.
3. Add in your diet foods rich in beta carotene.
4. Eat several garlic cloves, raw or lightly cooked, a day.
5. Consume less high-salted foods.
6. Add a fresh lemon balm tea leaf to any food or drink you are having.
7. Maintain your standard BMI.
It will also be a big help if any one in your family has a health card or if you have a family health insurance.
