Have You Heard of MBTs?

September 23, 2008 · Filed Under All Entries, Feature

We all know that walking, especially brisk walking, is a good cardio exercise. Could you imagine the effect if in addition to that, you’ll be wearing a footwear that not only protects your feet but burns calories, tone muscles, and improves posture as well?

This is what MBT shoes, a physiological footwear, claims to do for you. Apparently, each step we take brings pressure in our foot. MBT distributes this load evenly preventing ailments caused by the concentration of such pressure on individual points.

I would love to hear feedbacks from those who have experienced using such footwear before I decide to grab one for myself.

The only thing I know about this exercise shoes is that, it is definately an expensive pair of shoes for keeping good body posture – say, it’s a substi for pilates exercise on the road. It’s totally comfy but it’s weird to look at, parang “barko”. I am not really fond of trainers.

Why not buy running shoes from Reebok, they are much “wearable” in and out the gym.

Well, if the shoe fits, why not?
