Tolits Recovered From Swim Bladder Disease

I am happy to say that it seems that my pet flowerhorn have survived the swim bladder disease that he had three months ago.
Our whole family was worried then because he was not his usual active self. He just stayed still at the bottom of the tank. With the help of a PALHS forum member, I administered a dissolved 500mg of Mebendazole and Metronidazole for every 10 gallons of water in the tank and did 25% water change everyday for two weeks.
It was a slow recovery but I’m glad that he is okay now.

Badminton had been a popular indoor sport here in the Philippines for several years now. Go visit a nearest court and you’ll see people from all ages enjoying this sport. I for one would prefer playing this game for a cardio workout instead of going jogging as the latter often stresses my feet.
It is not surprising that those who love this sport will eventually would want to try playing tennis. It’s like taking your self a notch higher in terms of physical activity. But I guess this one is out of my league so I just content myself watching matches on the television.
