Having a fit body is almost everybody’s dream yet only a few achieves. After all, eating is such a delightful activity. Most resort to take the roads of surgery, hoodia, and medications just to absolve themselves from exerting sweat and exercising discipline.
For those who want to control their eating habits, here are five simple ways shared by Joy Bauer in shedding 10 pounds in six weeks that might help you get started:
- Stick to a serving of cereal during breakfast, usually a cup measure. Doing this will save you 150 calories compared to eating a bowl size each day.
- Control, if not eliminate, your midnight snack habit. People usually consume 250 calories without realizing it. Take some herbal tea instead and shut down your kitchen at night.
- Lessen margarine/butter consumption by one tablespoon. This normally has 100 calories. If you can’t put it off, get those with less fat.
- Use mustard instead of mayo and cheese on your sandwiches. This saves you 200 calories per sandwich.
- Delete the extras which usually amounts to 800 calories by the end of the day.
