Naruto Manga 374: Pain’s Real Plan Is Revealed

Naruto Manga 374: Growing Into A God!, started with a grand attack. Pain summoned a giant crab-like monster that throws bubbles as its weapon. Jiraiya retaliates with his Wild Lion’s Mane Technique to grab a hold on Pain and his summon. While Pain was held captive by the sannin, Jiraiya inquired of what came about Yahiko. Here he learned that Yahiko has long been dead, refuting my earlier theory. Jiraiya was surprised to learn of this since Nagato, as a child, swore that he will keep his friends safe no matter how much pain he has to go through.

Nagato claims that him going through an infinite universe of pain, brought about by the wars, has grown from being a person to becoming a god. He now believes that people will grow from their immaturities much faster upon experiencing the meaning of real pain. It is for this purpose that he is chasing after the tailed beasts.

Nagato reveals:

Using the tailed beasts, I will create a new forbidden technique. A techniques that will eradicate an entire country in less than a second. It will be the ultimate technique… a weapon of unprecedented power and scale. I will give my ultimate weapon to the warring nations. Hundreds of millions of people would be killed instantly and the survivors will be completely terrified. All people… all the world, will learn what true pain is.

After all this facts were revealed, Pain escaped his former teacher’s hold and the two of them prepares for what seems to be a one big, fearsome fight.
