Snow Patrol are a Grammy Award-nominated British alternative rock band who formed in Scotland, with the majority of their members being from Bangor and Belfast, Northern Ireland. They are currently based in Scotland’s second city of Glasgow and are signed to Polydor Records. Originally formed as an indie rock band, Snow Patrol has sought a more alternative rock and powerpop sound in recent years on the heels of mainstream success with the songs “Run”, “Chasing Cars” and more recently, “Signal Fire” from the Spider-Man 3 soundtrack.

Hi Ronnie, I ‘swooped’ your url thru Thess and my first comment attempt got sucked by the “sending comments” message – way too long that rather listen to the song instead. I am not sure what happened there, maybe the problem was at my end.
I didn’t know this group and so far, it suits my taste. Thanks for sharing.

sorry for that. i am having some technical difficulty with this particular blog to the point that i had to remove most of my plugins.
as for snow patrol, i really am not a fan of the band though i like this song. my fanaticism is on a per song basis.
