Last Saturday I attended a wedding of which both the bride and the groom are very good friends of mine. It was a good wedding.

a walk to remember

 

The maid of honor gave her message to the newlywed during the reception. It was a “benta” message to the bride that send us all bursting into laughter. She jokingly said,

“Friend alam kong nagbunga din ang pagsuyod mo sa kasulok-sulukan ng Quiapo upang makita ang pinakamatinding gayuma. Jackpot ito friend!”

I think both of them had their jackpot. It was a walk to be remembered by both of them and I was grateful to be the one who lit their candles.
