Attenuation

I came home today with a heavy heart. I had to give a brief orientation to two of our new operators to be assigned at nightshift as a material handler. One of them was a graduate of secondary education.
So hard that a secondary education graduate will accept a job that her supposed to be students are capable of doing? I had an opportunity to interview her last Thursday morning. Gusto ko sana siyang i-correct pero I decided not to. Parang uneasy na rin kasi siya.
Si ma’am.. sinunggaban ang trabahong dumating sa kanya kahit na operator LANG (in reference to her profession) ito samantalang ngayong gabi ding ito ay kausap ko sa phone ang isang naming operator na around 18 years old siguro. Nagpapaalam na magre-resign na daw siya due to a minor misunderstanding with her co-worker. Ang hirap intindihin ng buhay.
